I got a family meal to meal prep for the week and it is delicious!! Not to mention cheaper & easier than groceries & cooking. Thanks Bey!!! ❤️
Everything was delicious, the crab hash and the shrimp and scallops in particular. The shrimp and scallops I believe are technically on the kids menu but they’re a large portion and the spices on them were out of this world. The brown rice has a unique flavor that I really enjoyed. Everything was very healthy and remarkably tasty for not being drenched in oils and such.
Got another meal ! From bet healthy fixins! Amazed again I love the asparagus it has grilled like flavor
